We will be doing a movie this Saturday Dec 18th by the pool. 2 fire pits for Smores everything Provided. Hot cocoa, popcorn Christmas cookies and cold drinks. Bring a chair, blanket or what ever makes you comfortable.

Gate 2 Keypad

Good afternoon Homeowners. Please be advised that the keypad at gate 2 has been replaced and it is now up and running. 😊 When the gates were replaced, a letter was sent to all homeowners with the new code for gates 1&2. The gate company was supposed to take out all codes except for the one in the letter however we are finding out that they didn’t remove the old codes. The new keypad only allows the code in the letter. If you no longer have the code, you need to call Leland gate department to get it (407) 781-1169. You can use gate 1 until you get the code. Eventually that keypad will be replaced as well. Thank you.

The Reserve at Wedgefield Homeowners Association has approved for the wall adjacent to your home to be cleaned and painted.  This will require the vendor to access your property to do the work.  The anticipated start date for this project will begin August 31, 2020 .  The project is estimated to take one week to complete weather permitting. Please be sure to secure any pets and remove any items near the wall that may be damaged.  If you have any questions, please contact Jill Rygh at JRygh@lelandmanagement.com

New Management Company

We have now fully changed over to Leland Management. At this point, everyone should have received their Welcome letter. The letter has your new account number as well as directions on how to set up your payments online. You should have also received a new coupon book. If you have not received either, please contact Leland Management right away by going onto our website at thereserveatwedgefield.com, Log in, go to members, go to comments/concerns tab and complete the form.

This will go directly to Leland Management and also to the board. If you have any additional questions, please do the same and someone from the Leland Management team will assist you.

The Board will do everything they can to get this information out to everyone, however any help that you can give the board in letting your neighbors know this information would be great.
