Notice – Teenagers

ATTENTION ALL HOMEOWNERS AND RENTERS! Spring Break opens doors to vandalism at our pool. See something say something. We have to pay for their damages and this is Not OK! We just had to kick at least 8 teenage boys out of the pool that don’t live in here and they were damaging our kitchen area as well as running hot water all over the cabana area and as you know our water is expensive. The camera shows, a gentleman with a key let them in. Please don’t let anyone in ever. If they don’t have a key, they can’t come in. If they are under 18 without an adult that’s 18, they can’t come in. If you see them come through the fence, explain they can’t come in. We must have everyone help with this otherwise, we will all be paying for damages. Frankly, the board has absolutely had it. If you confront them and they don’t leave, please message John H Woodhouse Jr or Dwayne Harris via messenger, right away so they can call the police. We can’t continue to allow these issues. They need to know that we will contact the police. If you have a child under 18, please don’t send them to the pool or they will be asked to leave and or have the police called on them.

Gate 3 Issue

Attention homeowners! Gate 3 entrance (closest to Bancroft) clicker System isn’t working properly. A ticket was put in last week and we are waiting for a technician to come and fix it. In the interim, please use gate 4 (the entrance closest to Dallas). Thank you and have a great weekend

Pool Open

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS! POOL IS NOW BACK OPENED. Everyone should have received the newsletter with all the information regarding the renovations and bathroom access. If you have any questions, please send in a comment/concern through our website at http://www.thereserveatwedgefield.com, (log in, member tab, comment/concern).   Please remember children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If your children are at the pool without you, they will be asked to leave. We cannot afford to have children there without a responsible adult to make sure no vandalism will be done to the new facilities. Please understand that this is a necessary step to insure our facilities don’t get damaged. We want everyone to enjoy the pool without any issues. Thank you for understanding.

Pool Closed

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS – POOLS ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE- THE REMODEL OF THE BATHROOMS HAS BEGUN AND THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THE POOL OR BATHROOMS UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED. THEY SHOULD BE DONE MID TO LATE NEXT WEEK. I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE ONCE IT’S OPENED. YOU WILL NEED YOUR POOL KEY FROM NOW ON TO ENTER THE BATHROOMS. THANK YOU.
