Good afternoon Homeowners. Please be advised that the keypad at gate 2 has been replaced and it is now up and running. 😊 When the gates were replaced, a letter was sent to all homeowners with the new code for gates 1&2. The gate company was supposed to take out all codes except for the one in the letter however we are finding out that they didn’t remove the old codes. The new keypad only allows the code in the letter. If you no longer have the code, you need to call Leland gate department to get it (407) 781-1169. You can use gate 1 until you get the code. Eventually that keypad will be replaced as well. Thank you.
